The [work] is very informative and helpful to provide a guide for students when applying for graduate work. However, the tools and tips can easily be transferred to other vocations without much changes. Each lesson builds on the last and become much more nuanced, and the final lesson of example interview questions and the best approach to them (with sample answers) was the most helpful for me because it felt like all the lessons culminate. I would say that some more guidance could be helpful in the opening lessons, but later episodes build on this, once skills are developed. On a whole, I would recommend this [work] to everyone searching for graduate work as a useful guide, although as the [work] makes it clear, it won’t get you the job – only help you get a job!
I thought the book was a riveting read, filled with valuable insight into the minds of recruiters and the job market as a whole.
